We require clients to book a patch test prior to any tinting treatments.
Patch testing is generally done to see whether a particular substance is causing allergic skin inflammation (contact dermatitis).

If you need to make a cancellation or reschedule we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any service.
100% of total treatment costs will be charged If the required hour's notice period is not given.
